The term demand refers to the quantity of goods or services that are requested or desired in a certain market of an economy at a specific price. Offer, refers to the amount of goods, products or services that are offered in a market under certain conditions.

Example: The most affordable definition that I know of the offer is the amount of good or service that the seller puts up for sale.
